The hotel had some cleanliness issues, especially in the rooms, and the size did not live up to expectations. Despite initial cleanliness, lack of responsiveness to complaints led to a dissatisfying stay for working parents. The service was superb from the night manager at various locations. Dining at one location was excellent but subpar at another.

The hotel location was very nice, but we felt discriminated against by some employees. The rooms were great and very large, but they did not smell very good. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, but we experienced some unwanted staring. The location was in a nice area, empty, but tough to navigate. The dining was excellent, especially for the price charged. The facilities were enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not up to par, with signs of past flooding and bugs. The hot nights made it uncomfortable, and the musty smell, along with visible mold, was concerning. On the positive side, the service was friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge who helped us find a great restaurant. The location was convenient for our activities, though a bit out of the way for general exploring. The dining options were limited, but the few available were decent. The facilities were acceptable overall.
